Yesterday and smooth it out

When I woke yesterday I was not with it after not much sleep and a night out with friends. Don't get me wrong it was a good night. I am now thinking that late nights (even an hour) muck up the body clock. It does seem that staying up that extra does harm.

Still, I got over it yesterday in the end by doing two treadmill walk/runs 20 and 15 minutes. Then a 40 minute walk. This along with a short nap picked me up so as I got 25k steps in.

Not so old classic today is I am sure both old and new have heard, try it and see.
