Today is another new day to "Stay on Track", as we continue on our healthy journey we will see our bodies become healthier and fitter as we stay on course and on track.
How do we stay on track?
1. Eat Healthy
2. Eat between 5 to 8 servings of Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day
3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
4. Exercise daily
5. Track your Fitness & Nutrition
6. Stay within your optimal calorie range
