It's been a long time.

I have not been using this site to achieve my goal toward better health.
I am going to do that now and today is the first entry I've made in a long time.
I've modified my starting weight and goal weight.
One of the first things I've done is to stop eating late.
That change was key to my losing 7 pounds.
I am pleased.
