Just Keep Going

I think getting derailed from the healthy habits you start and not returning back to those habits is the point at which you need to say to yourself, "No, I'm not going to turn back to my old habits."

Just take a walk, get on your elliptical, treadmill or bicycle. Don't go full-speed ahead....just do it...no matter how slowly.....at least you ARE doing something.

This is something I need to keep reminding myself on days that I'm extremely hard on myself. We're human and not everyday is going to be a 'stellar' day. Pick yourself up from those days and 'just keep going'.
