I've been a member for a really long time, and never knew (until recently) that you have to go to the person's page to leave a comment. Some people have it turned off, but you might be able to send a private message. And thank you for your kind comments on my recent blog! If it helps, I am learning that I need to plan for those (common) situations where I go off plan. Is it traveling? Then what decisions can I make so that 80-90 percent of my decisions are health(ier)? And that plan may be taking food with me, having a cooler in the car, taking part of the bun off fast food meals, etc.
Is it at family gatherings? Then I make sure to bring in several (good tasting) healthy foods to share, so that I have my choice. I try not to do the "never eat" something plan, because that's awfully hard (unless it is going to kill you). But I do the "eat one bite" and then I think about it and whether it was worth it. For sweet stuff other people bring, nearly 19 out of 20 times, their stuff isn't worth it, isn't that good. I remember hearing that the first bite is always the one that tastes best and that helps me curtail it. I didn't mean to write a book! But I hope that gives you an idea of how I TRY to plan for the unexpected. You can do it too! It is more fun that way. :) 1001 days ago
GOULDSGRANITE, is correct.....you should be able to go to that person's page and scroll down to the bottom of the page where you see comments from other people. When you see the first comment there is a button to the right that says "Leave Comment". That will bring up a box where you can type your comment. To the bottom on the right you can add an emoticon or spell check what you've typed. When you're done you just click on the button that says "Post Comment". I hope that helps you out. You can always send me a private message if you need more help. 1116 days ago
Go to the persons Spark page. Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a spot "leave comment". Just type your message on their page. You can always give them goodie as thanks also. 1117 days ago
Hope, is right, go to that persons SparkPage and leave a comment on their page. If you are talking about a post you made to the Community Goal Feed or when you update your status you can respond to their comments right there or you might want to go to their SparkPage and leave a comment on their page. Hope that makes sense. 1118 days ago
