Today I pushed on

After a whirlwind of the last 2 months, I once again passed out sitting upright on my couch--not great for the legs or sleep quality. This was about 1 or 2 am. Never the less when my cousin called at 5 for the prearranged gym trip I woke up and agreed to go. And then proceeded to turn my fave into the couch cushion no sooner than I hit end call. A short while later I woke up only to realize that I was in fact not at the gym and she had been there all that time waiting for me--Yikes!
Fast forward through my bag packing and sleping myself to the gym and it's 2 hours into our workout and I couldn't feel better!
I am proud of myself for pushing through and getting here. I am proud for the 100 reps that I have accomplished on each machine today (which is double my normal 50reps). I am proud for only complaining minimally that I'm sleepy, tired, stiff. And Ultimately, I am proud and grateful to my dedication to #rippingitofflikeabandaid in that after 4 off days from working out, I am back at it strong as ever! :)
