It appears that I am always asking for something!

Today it is mostly off the beat of my usual requests.

How to transform our Victorian living room into a functional bedroom while keeping the Victorian living room feel.

Is it possible to?
The living room was my retreat. For a long time my luxury fully electric recliner sits in there among furniture from my inheritance. So it's obvious I can't get rid of that.

Now hubby sleeps in that recliner, have water bottles sitting on a beautiful scatter rug. A TV tray sits with a small TV in front of doll houses.

What to do? How do I accommodation all this w/o feeling bitter towards my ill hubby?.......

My husband has had the den to himself for years and spends
most of the day in his recliner. I try to remember that his health
issues dictate his day but still wish that he would be more responsive
to taking care of himself. Just breathe and do the best you can.

It may be more comfortable for him to sleep in a recliner. You might want to talk to him to see if that is why he sleeps there. He may not want to worry you about that info.

I don't have any answers either. It may just be something you'll have to live with for awhile. Praying for both of you.

I slept in my recliner for about 2 years. I didn’t want to but I had to my hips wouldn’t let me roll into my bed.
