I thought I’d get your attention with that title … Lose 22 Pounds in 9 days. That’s straight from the headlines of Woman’s World March 5, 2018. Oh … if it were only true.
I minimized my calories by … millions … a day.
I have been walking again 5x a week for two weeks now.
And … for 6+ days I have been following my “detox protocol” eating certain foods daily to rid myself of allllll antibiotics and medicine I have taken over the months and months of illnesses.
The scale says I have lost … drum roll please … 0 pounds.
@#$! zero pounds … the scale didn't change one iota, zilch, nada.
Are ya kidding me.
SlenderElla61 said in her blog … If I can start feeling successful, it will be easier for me to eat right and move more!! My sentiments exactly. Sooo, where is the success???
I feel sooo much better.
I can think straight again.
And … no bingeing.
Several of you “checked” on me over the week. I usually post on the weekends … but didn’t recently. I truly am happy … ecstatic … to report I have not binged … promise.
Though I didn’t lose 22 pounds in the last couple of weeks … I have gained back my determination.
My arms won’t look smaller … just coz I cover them up. ~Kenlie@alltheweigh
