After planning out my food a week at a time for a while now, it was time to up my game. So last night I added planning out my exercise for the week! It started with a handwritten spreadsheet....
Actually entering my anticipated workouts into the Fitness Tracker was a little more complicated. It seems it's not quite like the Nutrition Tracker, in that you can't add a SparkPeopleTV workout to a day other than Today. So I worked around it by adding them as new exercises and putting in the calories burned and time worked out. Now that they are in the Tracker - I have to do them!
