On April 2nd, I began going to my weekly Chair Yoga Classes ($10/month). These classes don't have anything spiritual nor easy. My first class was with a substitute teacher who did it very well. We did asanas and then, chop massage the muscles involved. After the class, I was exhausted but relaxed at the same time!
One hour after, I went to my Free Weight Loss group, did intensive exercises with the same yoga teacher substitute and then we had our conversation stuff.
In the evening, I took advantage of bringing back my Bone Broth Detox diet book and went for a walk in the park next to the Library.
My daily gift: a camelia
On Tuesday morning, I went to my park again to discover that they made a plant and flowers arrangement for the name of the College.
I put on my new clothes that the Easter Bunny brought to me
Suddenly, I saw this coconut (Coco in Spanish) and began laughing. When I was a girl, they used to scare kids with a fantasy monster called "El Coco" (The Coconut). It's with big pleasure that I announce that "El Coco" is in retirement and he seats peacefully on a park bench!
One very proud Mother Duck came to show me how big are the ducklings!
I went to my Zumba paid class ($10/month) and came out very happy!
On Wednesday, I was going late to my Free Salsa class when I noticed the license plate of the car in front of me. "DTB" is the abbreviation of +Dios te Bendiga", "May God Bless you" in Spanish. That little thing made me so happy because I considered it a blessing for my son.

On Thursday, I went to my Free Low Impact exercises class. We have another teacher, very young and professional. I really like those exercises with handball and elastic bands. These are pictures from the Internet:
On Friday, I went to my Free Silver Sneakers class. I took a picture with one of my teachers. She looks like a Barbie doll!
