Break Down: confessions of a gummy bear savage

I have been doing so well. Yet I find myself at night just going out of control after such a good healthy day of eating. I attacked a bag of gummy bears and then wanted more sweets. I never eat or crave sweets. I put them all into my calorie counter here and it says I’m still within guidelines but I feel like I do this when I eat healthy. Something comes over me at night and i sabotage my healthy choices.

    All the sugar of the gummy bears seems to make me want more sugar, it may be the same with you. All those gummy type candy are just sugar. Yesterday, after a day planned and successful I ate cookies. I have to throw out the rest of them today. I can not have anything like that around.

    Staying in your ranges is good, recognizing that it wasn't the ideal use of those calories is good, lesson learned, now move on!
