I think I should pay more attention to my digestive system and stress. I've been on and off of flares since January. I got a lot better during the 10-Day Bone Broth detox and some days after, but I stopped making the broth (which is a breeze in my Instant Pot), and here I am, misery sick. This week, I tried to exercise while in pain, but I felt too weak,
So, on Monday, I went to my Chair yoga class that is a challenge to our muscles. Really, I was expecting a more relaxing thing when I signed for the class, but instead of feeling frustrated and upset, let me consider it another exercise class to lose weight and look for my old Rodney Yee DVD and/or do some practice from his book.

On Tuesday, I went to my Zumba class. I really, really like this class. I exercise so much that I drink almost 4 cups of water in one hour. I love dancing!
On Wednesday, I arrived a bit late to the Salsa class. I had to sit every 15-20 minutes because I was so tired. I took videos, but I extracted these pictures
On Thursday (yesterday), I had to stay on the bed, so much pain. When I felt better, I walked around the house, folded laundry and prepared my bone broth, but instead of drinking it, I decided to boil some yucca (cassava) and eat. Today, I woke up feeling miserable. I took off the fat from the broth and I'm sipping it. I would like to go and exercise with Silver Sneakers and Zumba, but my instinct tells me to stay. I feel like a tiger in jail, but I have to keep calm... Maybe in the evening, I'll go for a walk
