The benefits of bone broth are reported everywhere. Particularly, it is so soothing to my digestive system and helps me complete the 16 hours of intermittent fasting,

I use Dr Kellyann Petrucci's "10-day belly slim down" recipe and the incredible Instant Pot





When it's ready and cool down. Just filter it using a normal colander.
I put in the fridge to take off the excess fat that floats in the surface. The consistency after being in the fridge is like a soft gelatin.
