Long term goal - Weigh 155 Pounds and Learn how to Maintain this Weight!
Short term goal - Lose 12 Pounds
I will reach my goal by:
NUTRITION PLAN
- Eat 1300 - 1600 Calories a Day
- Eat minimum of 5 Fruits &/or Veggies per day
- Track food intake daily
- Limit Alcohol
My Exercise Plan
- Walk a minimum of 5 days per week, minimum of 20 minutes per day
- Add ST 2 to 3 times per week
- Increase quantity of walking every two weeks.

Looks like it will take at least one more 12week challenge to reach my long-term goal, but I'm okay with that. I've lost 11 pounds so far in 2018 which is the best I've done in a few years.
