Working hard and loving it.

Well I made the commitment to lose weight and have been working very hard to achieve the loss. I have been on this journey before so I know some of the pitfalls, and hopefully step around those better this time around. I have been doing very well with calories and exercise since April 24 and have lost 10.4 pounds. Not a lot when you look at the total I need to lose, but a great start. My body feels better. I have less bloating and mood swings. I feel better, because I am working on the problem, not focusing on the problem. I decided that it will take the same amount of energy for me to complain about being overweight as it will to work on the problem and lose the weight. In return I hope that I spark someone else and it seems as though that is happening. I have 3 friends who have jumped on board and I even have an accountability buddy to walk with in the evenings. I feel blessed that I am given the chance to do this again. This time I plan on it being my last time.
