Absolutely crazy day at SAM's..always exhausted after...plus not sleeping enough due to the women that live in the House by the River. If I don't finish that book soon I will collapse from lack of sleep. Everytime I think I am done...there is just that one more chapter calling me!!

It has turned unseasonable warm already. Like straight from no winter to speak of to knocking on Summer's door. The temps are those we have in July or even August..perhaps indeed it has been long enough that the poles are going to flip!! What a ride that would be!! Not that I would survive it..but WOW!! Maybe if the poles flip the people in politics , if they survive, will focus on important stuff and quit fussing over everything!! Yeah well wishful thinking.
More like wishful dreaming..I just realized I am typing with my eyes shut!! Yep ...bedtime..and I am not taking those ladies with me..they can just wait till I am ready to visit with them tomorrow!!

Articles on the WHY of weight loss and exercise lately....DO you know your WHY??
I can say I do..I am past the stage of needing to be vain or overly concerned with appearance. I am more concerned with being healthy and enjoying the years I have left with as good a health as I can maintain. So there's my WHY....Would love to hear what others are thinking as well.

    Thanks for this blog! My WHY is that I have seen an awful lot of people I love go down HARD with health issues in the past couple of years. I want to grow old gracefully, and to maintain functional fitness, and be independent, and just live my life with Peace and Joy! emoticon

    I drop a friend OFF at Sam's and shop other places!!! Sam's drives me INSANE!!

    Lol OK,,,what's the name of the book? What genres is it? I belong to amazon prime for books(and the regular prime)which I think is 10-11$ a month, but in turn there are a ton of books I can reactor FREE!! I used to $pend 100-150 a month on books. The smell of any inks drives me up a wall,,and often I hate the way the paper feels so woohoo on digital books for me!! Of course many want the real books.

    My WHY lose HAS been accomplished. I had told MaryAnn before this challenge I was going to stop and go into maintenance. Then I started to lose. But its slowed down,,,I'm really at this time OK with the 168 though I'm only 5'3". I need to mull this over.
