Working a little harder this time!

For the last two weeks I have been following a low-carb, high-fat food program. I have also been doing aerobic exercises as well as my back exercises (specific core exercises that I learned in physical therapy). I did have some drinks with my friend last weekend, but not too many. I also ate some carbs, but not too many. Then Monday I was back following the program. I haven't had a drink all week. None tonight either!
