Last week I started Keto. I did a lot of research and figured I have to do something and this looks like my best option. I didn't know how I would adjust as I love my carbs and sweets but I am pleasantly surprised how easy I am finding it. I am not figuring out exactly the macros as I wanted to see how I would find the meal plans. It took me awhile to start as I was quite apprehensive but I am glad I finally took the plunge. Right now I am just making sure the food is low carb and since I still crave sweets I am eating celery with peanut butter. I know peanut butter isn't that keto friendly but it is a lot better than the sweet stuff I was eating, also I am just eating it to get me over the hump of the first week or two then will start tracking everything. I am starting my 2nd week and do think I am getting around a bit better than I was.
