So, my sister called Monday and asked me to help her get back on track with her weight loss. She's done great in the past 4 or 5 years and has lost more than 40 pounds on her own, which is fantastic considering she is in her 70s and has severe mobility issues. But we can always use a little push, right? So I've talked with her about SparkPeople before, and she wasn't really ready. This time she was. I set her up with an account and we go over her food tracker daily and talk about what she ate. I explained how it helps her make better choices and think about what she is putting in her body. It helps me, I figure it will help her. I also came up with some ideas on how she could get a little more movement going, and some supplements that might help kick start her metabolism some. She's excited
Then my brother (they live together) called and said he wanted to open an account too and see what he could do with it. FANTASTIC! He has health issues that watching his diet and working a Spark plan would really help him. So I love it!
