Over the years, it’s been an ongoing struggle with 20-25 lb. I gained so much weight 7 years ago after my son was born. I never returned to my pre-pregnancy weight of 128 lb. Even though I am 5’9”, I don’t wear extra weight well. Being 46, my metabolism isn’t what it used to be. I lost half the weight and now I need to lose 20 lb again to be at my best. It’s hard for me. I am waylaid by cravings for sweets, hunger, boredom. I have always loved to exercise, so I never mess up there, at least. Nonetheless, I have determined that I only need 1520 cal per day. Stingy and boring, but I will make the best of it.
