Two days to go !

It is Friday night, two days until the new challenge.
I am excited to start. I have a lot more motivation to
get some weight off.
I finally got the results of my last sleep study. The
jist of it is, titration is up-ed from 7 to 10 and added
2 liters of oxygen at night. ;-/ I am not happy but have
decided that I should do it and maybe get rid of some
more weight and work my way out of it Hopefully it
Continued goals daily:
1 12am-10am sleep
2. Drink 64 oz water daily
3. Smoothie and Belvita bar for breakfast ...
Still thinking on my plan for the challenge.
