Lunch today

For some healthy inspiration - here is my lunch today. It's bigger than normal, and close to 600 calories for all this food, but I'm testing out the theory that if I eat slightly bigger meals, then I don't want to snack quite so much. Spinach and tomato salad with 1 Tbsp dressing, homemade chicken gnocchi soup (has spinach, onions, mushrooms), and 2 plain rolls. It's a little heavy on the carbs; I'll have to see if I can concentrate on protein for dinner.

    I eat 400 calories of high protein and high fiber at breakfast, lunch and dinner No snacking because I stay full! Lots of water too! Keep on sparking!

    That’s a pretty good balance of nutritious foods .. you will feel satisfied for a long time while burning the calories off .. yummy
