For some healthy inspiration - here is my lunch today. It's bigger than normal, and close to 600 calories for all this food, but I'm testing out the theory that if I eat slightly bigger meals, then I don't want to snack quite so much. Spinach and tomato salad with 1 Tbsp dressing, homemade chicken gnocchi soup (has spinach, onions, mushrooms), and 2 plain rolls. It's a little heavy on the carbs; I'll have to see if I can concentrate on protein for dinner.
