Today is Day 5 Alcohol Free (again). I've been following the low-carb, high-fat food plan. I've been doing Leslie Sanson's Walk Away the Pounds (alternating between 1 and 2 mile, not ready for 3 mile yet!), as well as my physical therapy exercises for my scoliosis issues.
I'm feeling good about June.
I'm also down 2 pounds from last week, and I'm down a half inch on my waist (if you can call it a waist!). That is progress!
