I am in my second week of "re-sparking". I am logging my food with mostly no problems.
Almost 2 years ago I was pretty fit, I even ran a half marathon! I am trying to get back on the running bus again, but it feels so much harder this time. Trying not to give up or feel too discouraged. I exercise in the morning before work, so I wake up at 4:45. Then by 7 PM or so I am so sleepy! Can't go to bed because I am usually waiting for my daughter to get home.
All I can do is push on and I know the tired feeling won't be so bad eventually!
