Perfect first 6 days. Day 7, ate 2100 cal, which is 600 cal over target. Didn’t exercise due to work schedule. Stressed, as my husband made me late to work, and it isn’t tolerated. He made me an hour late for an appointment the day before as well, despite reminders, discussions, calls, alarms, and entrees on his phone calendar. Total lack of consideration. Very frustrating! Really miffed! Hope to eat closer to 1200 cal today, but that’s super low for me. The scale? Up 1.6 lb, despite perfect compliance for six days. Hopefully water weight fluctuation but still very frustrating.
