Today's task for one of the Spark Challenges I am doing is to take body measurements. I haven't done that for a long time but I know I should.
I need to do this. I have gained 10 pounds in the past few months. My doctor, my three adult children and others told me I had lost too much weight and was too thin so I thought I should gain a few pounds back. I am up one size in jeans, went from a size 8 to 10. I feel comfortable at this weight but need to get back to more strength training. I still do a lot of walking but know that I am not doing the best as far as muscle tone. I have grown slack in that department. It's time for me to make some new goals, get back to the gym and do more ST videos.
I am committing to at least three 20 minute ST workouts per week starting today.
That is an important commitment. ST is where I am lacking also. I am getting adequate biking and walking in, and I have everything I need to do ST, just need to do it. Thanks for you inspiration my friend. 515 days ago
