Current Goals

I have regained some weight--more than I like. The stretch fabric jeans still fit but those that aren't stretchy are tight. I WILL not go back up a size. So--I am going to drop 10 pounds by the end of Sept. That should be quite doable--except I have been trying for a couple of months and haven't made any progress.

No tastes of cake or ice cream. Snacks of fruit or veggies. More walking or running in the evening. Less beer. More water or sun tea. LOTS of greens.

I want to weigh 155 by the end of Sept. and, if I keep at it, I will!
