LoL Challenge Week 3 begins

Sunday, June 17, 2018

Had a bad week last week Dh and I had
our 1st fight since his return (we were
separated for 3.5 years.) Haven't seen
1 daughter for several months cause she
is mad at me for some reason and then
the kitty bite me. No tooth puncture, she
probably was just playing. My bestie broke
our lunch date.

I just had a major meltdown. Nothing bad
enough to cause it, it just happened. I used
to ruminate over and over. Now I sleep. I will
try to get going again, I don't get much done
when I sleep all day.

I lost 3 lb. this week, so I am a happy camper.
I was down 2 more for 2 days, but I had a few
donuts Fri and Sat.

I will be back Monday to continue my journey.

Last week was bad for me too. Our fridge went out and is still not fixed and our pet died. I have a toothache.

You and your hubby went a long time without a disagreement. Pretty amazing. I'm so sorry about that, your estrangement with your daughter, the cat bite, and cancelled lunch. You really needed that lunch after all of that. I hope this is a better week. I love your new exercise ball! Congratulations on the weight loss!

Wow! You did have a tough week and good for you for sticking to your plan and losing 3 lbs. When I'm challenged by tough things a walk always makes me feel better; doesn't really change the rough things, but at least I'm better set to deal with them.
