do you ever feel like you cant possibly be making progress, because you arent starving, or feeling deprived?
i have done pretty good, with only one or two cravings, which I didnt give in to.
But I seem to be eating alot of food. Healthy salads and lots of veggies.
Havent stayed with KETO low carb, but have stayed low carb, according to my tracker my all time high carb intake for the week was 86.
I know it isnt always spot on accurate.
But I like to think I am not off by a whole lot.
But I still like my cup of milk, and a splash of french vanilla in my coffee. and an orange once in awhile.
But I am sticking to this pretty well.
I have no clue if I am making any progress on the scale, because the last time I weighed was June 6th.
I dont really know when I will decide to give in and check my weight.
I cant really tell any physical changes.
But time will tell I guess.
