I’m so tired.
I’m tired of running and lifting and not seeing desirable results because I eat whatever I can shove in my face.
My running speeds have slowed down. My muscles are always sore. I want to go to bed by 7pm most days, and I think the culprit is a craptacular diet. I will be going to the doctor on July 24th for a physical to make sure it’s nothing else, like an iron deficiency though.
Yesterday I ate a decent breakfast (whole wheat waffle w/ peanut butter and black coffee), a healthy snack of active yogurt and a banana. I had a protein bar when I got to work and then came home and ate 4 slices of Dominos pizza, 2 oatmeal creme pie, and cake. I went for a 3 mile run this morning and felt like poop! I wonder why?!? 😡.
I know what I need to do. I know I need to fuel my tank better. I need to think like the athlete I want to be. I need to plan ahead so I’m not starving in the evenings. I need to eat more veggies, which I love. I’m not sure why I’ve eliminated them lately?
Today is the day. I know it’s a Tuesday, and it’s the 3rd of the month, but who said you had to wait till a certain day to change your life? My sweet boys deserve a mom that is healthy and fit. ❤️.
Goals- Meal prep lunches and dinners.
Don’t eat dessert every day.
