Bumps and strides

Well I had a treat and didn’t think it would be as bad as it was-Marble Slab Ice Cream that they make on site, it was truly delicious however it would have been better not to get the Reese’s pieces and mini choc chips on it. Was it good yes it was-seriousky delicious! Will I have to workout and dip deep tomorrow YES I will. I can and I will. What I have discovered watching my body and paying attention; I feel bloated when I enjoy ice cream. The last time I thought maybe because it was MacDonald’s small but now I know it’s not. I have switched to Almond milk and very rarely have milk and even the yogurt is now plain no sugar added Greek yogurt from Costco. It is a bump and I am not beat myself up about it , it’s done and I am moving on. I will adjust myself for the next couple days keeping my fat and carbs low. I do Love peanut butter ice cream though. However not liking how I am feeling at the moment. Lesson learned.

    I totally get where your coming from...I’ve been following Keto and yesterday I ate a whole wheat low carb tortilla and I have been feeling horrible ever since. No more!!!
