Ah the first week of exercise bounce

Up a pound this week. Always happens when I start adding exercise to my routine. Calories are within my range and the fact that my hands are visibly swollen this morning tells me it's just fluid. Not discouraged. Trust the process. - Non-scale victories this week: The ability to take stairs without being winded, Blood sugar consistently under 100. #OnwardandDownward #Itsabouthealthnotthescale
