How busy in the week am I?

Friday, July 13, 2018

Alright, this is going to be an entry where I am going to let you know how busy my week can get from Monday to Sunday, it will be long so if you can skim through a lot of what I may say before reaching the weekly list I have below. The list is very much point blank honesty but is a rough idea in a nutshell, I had to alter a lot of my routine since I began living on my own, so if you do not understand something then by all means, let me know.

Grandad passed away and left me to take care of his home, he passed away on the 31st of May last year... things have been hell since then in my mental health; loss of interest in things, loss of appetite, loss of self control and temper... it has been a nightmare. Even my calm nature has dropped to me being utterly anxious. I have to listen to music just to get back in gear.

Right, enough ranting lol. Time for the lists:

Monday, Wednesdays and Sundays: 9AM have breakfast, gardening 7 minutes, house cleaning 4 hours with my support worker and good friend, by 2:15PM cardio/strength training/yoga and finish at around 4PM. On Fridays, I lighten the load on my workout due to had a busy Thursday doing house cleaning at work; Thursdays are the most hectic.

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays:
7:30AM have breakfast, stretches and yoga 15 minutes, gardening 7 minutes and walk to bus stop 15 minutes. 8:09AM caught the bus to town. 8:30AM I got to town. Began walking 330feet from town to Kimbolton Avenue, got there by 9:08AM. Had a rest at a bus stop until 9:50AM. Walked to the house I work at and am at the door by 9:54AM; 1 minute early. House cleaning at the three houses; that place and two others from 9:55AM till 1PM. Finish work at around 1:03PM and walk back to town, get there by 1:20PM for getting the 1:32PM bus back home. Work breaks during work time are these hours: 9:55AM for 2 minutes for a cup of tea/herbal tea then at 12 midday for 15 minutes; I make up my own break hours there, I love my job. Get home by 2:10PM. 2:25PM, back indoors at my place, has dinner and by 2:30PM am on my Mac Computer listening to music on Spotify, roleplaying with friends on Quotev; quiz and story website, on SparkPeople and on Facebook chilling out. Fitting in a workout by 6PM till around 7PM or 8PM if feeling not too tired.

So, please nobody else ask why 11 hours of being active. I do rest throughout the day, I just am used to being on the go. I used to this way before grandad passed away and am recovering from the grief...

I think its amazing you are adding as much life to your world as you are. Its not easy but you hang in there and do it.

Life is what we make it and you are making yours with a lot of abundance.

I hope you are sleeping well when you do. Are you sleeping well when you do sleep?

I find with my autistic grandson that if we keep him away from sugars and I spend several hours a day in heavy exercise activity he is doing very well. The lack of sugars has helped his focus a LOT. He loves swimming, which we do for a couple of hours a day and pickleball.

I hope you enjoy your weekend and get what rest you can when its available.
