Spark Coach--what can I do now that I couldn't do before

Let's see--I can lift 20 pounds for the full back workout (part of the Les Mills program). I can run for a half mile at a time--need to train again so I can do the 5K in Jan but I'll get there. I can lift my end of the BIG ladder when we need to get it up or down from the wall. I can run up and down the stair without puffing. I can keep up with my adult daughters--and sometimes lead! I can be a role model to my hubby--he is now down close to 45 pounds!
