Rocky couple of weeks, back on task Sun.

The last couple of weeks have been trying.
The doctor's visit kinda took the wind out of
my sails, but the last few days have been better.
Friday we purchased a vehicle for dh so I can
get around in the daytime. I also visited 2 of
the 3 fitness centers here (the ones with pools)
and got set up with SilverSneakers. Gym bag
and water equipment are in the trunk. I found
out that SS keeps track of my usage, so more
motivation. One place has yoga classes in the
evening so hope to take advantage as well.
Good news is I haven't gained for the last 3 weeks,
not so good news, I haven't lost any either. Need to
get back with it. DGD's wedding is fast approaching.
Not the main reason I am losing but certainly a
motivation, nonetheless.
Goals for the week:
Pool time (2-3x maybe)
Yoga (2x-evening, maybe 1 early )
ST (2x at least)
3 meals-3 snacks daily
Begin a personal care/make-up program
(haven't wore make-up for years, got some
new at Christmas and wanted to get started.)
