Refresh Monday

I weighed myself yesterday and then did a pity party for most of the day then planned my Monday. Life is so much better with a plan. I don't exercise and mean I really don't exercise. I'm in terrible physical condition to the point it had affected my life now. This part is new to me. Being out of shape is my normal but not going with my grandkids because I ache too much is new getting sore from walking in the grocery store is new. So enough doom and gloom I set up a plan. I still had my coffee this morning I'll work on that later that's one cup a day. But my soda drinking is a major addiction but again I have a plan. After coffee I did a five minute cardio work out. It took me ten mins to do it but my heart and body felt it. Now I realize five minutes is nothing but it's a 500% increase from yesterday and the day before. After my little baby step exercise I cooked a good breakfast - I never eat breakfast this is new to my plan. So my eggs one slice lowfat bread and half banana was great and I managed to get three glasses of water in me. Success on refresh day. Does it all sounds familiar I hope it does to someone because going by the plan in life usually brings results. I had not been following the plan fired a long time and my weight gain showed that. But life let's us refresh pause and plan. I hope someone else is refreshing today and starting to exercise. I'm going to keep planning and get a routine going that will let me live again. I have to much to do with my grandkids too be sitting here stuffing my face feeling sorry for myself I did that yesterday today I move forward one slow jogging in place at a time
