I missed a weight post but I'm 22 pounds down since May 29th!!!

I don't weigh myself everyday. I only weigh myself when I go to doctor visits. I refuse to own a scale. The scale and I don't get along well. This is what works for me.

I've discovered Fathead dough. This stuff is amazing. I'm making pizza with it and it tastes so good! I also baked Keto crackers out of almond flour, salt and an egg. They are amazingly yummy. After discovering 90-second bread, I can make sandwiches again.

It is wonderful not to be a slave to my cravings anymore. I must say I'm still getting used to it though. I still am having trouble walking into a grocery store and seeing yummy looking food in the bakery and having fantasies but I find that if I just walk by quickly the thoughts are gone immediately. Bad brain! Bertha, my food zombie, still wants sugar but she's not as loud anymore!

As far as my arthritis is going, I wish I could say it's better but the weather hasn't been so great. Humidity is not my friend and that knee is not going to get better on its own. My toes and ankles were not good over the weekend but my mood is still good.

I will just Keto On!
