today was a pretty good day as far as food choices. and getting a good balance overall.
still slightly low in fiber, but not too low.
i have been doing really good when it comes to keeping my carb count low.
still not giving in and going for the extreme low of keto diet plan.
but staying in the area between 35 and 55 most days.
with the exception of one or two days when i did go a little higher.
just wondering if its making a difference....
wondering if i should give in and keep pushing to go lower in carbs before i get back on the scale????
havent weighed myself since july 1st, and was down 7lbs then.
i had a little set back while on vacation, but it wasnt extreme, and i did walk a lot.
i guess my plan to not weigh again until the first of august is getting to me.
im extremely anxious and curious to find out if i am making progress
and also extremely scared to find out that i am not.
more scared to find out im not and be disappointed and feel that old sense of failure again.
physically im not seeing much change.
i feel like my stamina is a little better.
i want to get back on the weight loss track again.
its been a long time since i have seen a significant loss on the scale, as of my last weigh in, i was up 22 pounds since my lowest number in november 2016.
so, needless to say, my current goal is to get all that re-gained weight off again, then get a fresh start.
54 lbs to go to GOAL.
