Fitness Minutes

I was updating my team on our summer challenge and I just noticed my fitness minutes for July, 2526! That is amazing to me!!!! emoticon
I am very proud I have now decided that I have 6 days to reach 3000 fitness minutes for July.
Originally my goal was approx. 1000 fitness minutes a month, which is a far cry from the 250 minutes a week that I set for myself in the beginning and thinking wow that is so much, lol.
I know that I should smile more but I can't change those pictures, I can only change future pictures. The advice that I always give my friends and my sister, I tell people to smile when they take their first picture because they are making a decision to better themselves and make themselves healthy and they should be proud and smile! emoticon
I know I have had times that I don't feel like smiling or that I have been disappointed in myself for getting to the point of omg I can't believe how unhealthy I feel and look However it is the starting point! The day 1, and when I or you(that is reading this) compare at 3 months, 6 weeks, 6 months or 1 year later on the healthy journey I will bel glad that I smiled because I did this for me and you do this for you. I know I need to take my own advice more often lol, but I am proud of myself and I will smile more.
