As a man thinks, so is he. What we think of yourself & our abilities or limitations is what we become.
That which you fear has come upon you!
What do you think? Do you think you are fat? Do you fear being or becoming fat? Then you are or will be. You see, what we think or fear is how we will focus. Whatever we focus on is where we will go. Just like driving a car, where you look is where you will steer toward. The trick is to watch and look toward where you want to go. If I were a healthy weight, how would my life be different? Dare to look at it, then start steering that direction.
If you were healthy and weight appropriate, how would you eat. How would you move? How would you relate to food. How would you relate to people? What would you do if you had no limitations? What is hindering you now? Instead of "I can't" ask yourself "How can i" or "What part could I do now"?
Dare to dream and think about how to get there.
