Chest x ray was normal. Blood and urine tests were normal.
Why do doctors just say normal? Why cant they go into detail and say, well, we havent found the problem yet, but obviously there is one.
I still wake up each morning coughing deeply, a dry hacking cough that is trying to produce something.
Where is this coming from?? If my xray showed nothing??
The acid reflux?
Does that also produce coughing?
I havent had an attack in over a week, I have been careful about what I eat, what time I eat and taking my meds early enough to help if there is one.
But...I have gained weight again.
I have no one to blame but myself, I have slipped and in only a week, maybe a week and a half, I went back to eating bread.
Not alot and not daily, but enough.
Also pizza once, and cereal, and ice cream.
See my point.
Well, you dont have to eat these things in abundance, you dont have to even eat them daily, for them to sabotage your hard work.
But I am aware of my short comings.
I walked 4.3 miles yesterday and today I have decided to clean my house.
Will probably not get my steps in today but I have to get this work done.
And try to remain on track, back on track, yet again, over, reset it all back.
I hate this!!!

Acid reflux irritates the throat, so, yes, it can make you cough. Unless you have celiac disease, bread isn't such a bad thing, and it won't be the cause of stomach acid. Just whole wheat varieties. By the way, blueberries are very acidic.
