My WW meetings/weigh ins are currently on Wednesday, so I am going to strive to do my recaps on Wednesdays too, looking back at the past week.
This past week was good and bad. Had a few off plan days, once going out with the fella and once at the car show Friday, although that one was planned for. I am learning how to take those off days in stride and get right back to working the program, which is something I have struggled with in the past, so I'm counting that as a NSV.
The car show was a blast and I wish I could have stayed the whole weekend! So many amazing cars, great music, and good friends. It was super hot and sunny, so I picked up an amazing new parasol--it's a tropical cthulhu parasol, with little cthulhus and hibiscus flowers all over it.
Saturday I had brunch with my brother and his new girlfriend, who seemed very nice. I wasn't able to see my brother very often for a long time, due to several different circumstances, so that was really nice. I'm hoping we can get together more often moving forward.
I've been getting out to do a 45-60 minute walk every day, despite the heat, and am hoping to get out soon today and hopefully beat the rain. It's really worn me out though, and I have just felt exhausted for the last few days. I have been sleeping 7.5+ hours/night and still waking up wanting to stay in bed and sleep some more. Yay Fibro! It does get better once I get up and moving though, so I'm grateful for that.
I finally took some photos and measurements. They're pretty terrible and I'm not happy about that, but all I can do now is work on making them better. *Please ignore my messy basement!

This week I am going to continue to focus on my walking and staying within my points, but I am also going to try to add in some light, low-impact, bodyweight exercises, like a few pushups against the kitchen counter each day or some wall squats.
