Small Steps

I have been known to grab life and projects intensely. I would go all out. Then crash & burn. But I've learned over time and through a variety of health challenges. I physically can't do what I could before. I even need to find easier ways to do a lot of normal life activities. If I push too far then I've paid for it for weeks afterwards. I needed to learn that.... Small steps consistently is better than one huge jump that isn't repeated. Here's to small consistent steps!

    I have learned this as well. I'm making lifestyle changes one at a time until it becomes a habit or I have to custom fit it until it works for me. Best of luck! emoticon

    You are so right. SP is all about doing one small step at a time. Water was what I did first but everyone is different. The sleep wasn't much of a problem as I hardly ever stay up late. There are a lot of good articles. Keep doing small steps and before you know it, you'll be on your way to a healthier life.
