I have been known to grab life and projects intensely. I would go all out. Then crash & burn. But I've learned over time and through a variety of health challenges. I physically can't do what I could before. I even need to find easier ways to do a lot of normal life activities. If I push too far then I've paid for it for weeks afterwards. I needed to learn that....
Small steps consistently is better than one huge jump that isn't repeated.
