After much research and contemplation, I've decided on a food plan and and exercise plan to follow. So that's what I'm going to do, follow the plan. In the past, I've been derailed by losing focus and changing the plan. This time I can stick it. ;)
It turns out, I knew what to do all the time, the information I uncovered recently, I had come across years ago.
I'm not sure intermittent fasting is necessary for my plan, but I would encourage anyone who is stuck, lost focus to try it. Just try it for a week, a few days to see if it makes a difference for you. I will continue it for now, it sure doesn't hurt anything.
