Another way to be happier is to Tune In to your favorite music.
Listening to music can provide an emotional pick-me-up, BUT..............Choose wisely. Some songs may bring you down.
The music I listen to when exercising is the kind that I HAVE TO MOVE to. I put on some of the "Oldies" to remind me of the years when I was young and danced to every song that came on at our dances and never took a break. Oh, to be in that kind of shape again!!! And there are some songs that hit me so hard emotionally, that I only listen to them every so often and NEVER when I am sad.
Music has always been a very important part of my life and I don't see that changing.
