Here’s my readers digest entry for my first blog post! Thanks for reading you amazing sparky members out there!
I have been doing great on maintenance since March!
I ride my bike as much as I can! Made my big goal of a 100 mile ride on July 24th. (102.69 with a 3000 foot elevation gain in 96 degrees!)
I’m 62 and have NEVER been small my entire life! I’m down from my highest weight close to 100 pounds. Yes, even grandma’s can get to a healthy lean weight and become athletic!
Tore the tendon in my right foot months ago but misdiagnosed. Found a new doctor and surgery the only way to get it better. No walking on this foot for 3.5 weeks!
I’m a bit nervous! Consistent exercise is important to lose weight but critical to maintain a weight loss! I’m working on strategies and looking up chair workouts to keep active. By golly I will do this! Maintenance is a whole new game, and one I will win!!!!
