Lol my goal for this month is 8lbs, I am not sure if it is the humidity or the cooler nights but my knees are aching so much I know the only thing to help will be more weight loss. For every 1lb we lose it is 4lbs of pressure of the knees so I have lost 240lbs of oressure off my knees......I wish they felt better then they do. At least I’m moving in the right direction. I am having a fluffy kinda day but I didn’t sleep well, gotta work this afternoon but just finished kicking my Butt at the gym.

That's interesting info on the pressure on the knees - can you tell me where you found that?

Congratulations on your weight loss thus far! Woo Hoo you! When I started my journey I could barely walk my knees hurt so bad. I finally went in to see the orthopedic surgeon. My right knee was bone on bone and I had a great surgeon. If I had gone to anyone else they would have told me to lose weight and then come back. Anyway, with my right knee replacement done I found out I didn't need the left one taken care. I hope that it is just a matter of losing weight for you. Keep up the great job! You can do it. even if it is only 4 lbs this month what an accomplishment you have done!!!

60 pounds! Congratulations. Even though your knees still ache can you imagine how painful it would be if you were still carrying that weight?
