Day 17- Still on Track

Still hanging in there after 17 days. I'm feeling a bit better today than I did yesterday. I was at the high end of my calorie range today. emoticon I'm going to work on getting the calories down a bit and adding more fiber. emoticon

    I've lost a lot of weight and have many doing so successfully. We started as u r, ,, 1day at time. Advice, make ur changes slowly, not all at once. Cut back on foods you don't want to be without. Example. Love pizza? Still can have a slice along with a salad!! Enjoy!!
