Benefiber for some of it. I add it to protein drinks that have 5 grams of fiber in there to begin with. I also eat Atkins protein bar that have 12-14 grams of fiber. Then I also eat a lot of vegetables and some fruit. 431 days ago
Add whole grains to your meal. I add 2 tablespoons of ground whole wheat to my morning smoothie. There are other ground grains available, plus various ground nut flour and ground grains like flaxseed. Leave shins on potatoes and apples if you eat them. Eat more carrots and other root vegetables. 431 days ago
