This was me this morning---I only did 1 set tho-
but--(that big "butt") --last week, I did no weights--In fact, all summer, I did NO weights!
-so-to-day, 15 minutes on the Dreadmill, and then a quick walk with Tess, the German (as in dog)- looking around for Mr Fox, who our neighbour said, is on the prowl (Mom's expression--Dads too referring to my sisters and my boyfriends)--
I am 3 days into a fitness surge here--aiming to get the 5000 steps daily-

Yesterday I journaled ---and after being on Spark at least 105 years, when we went to McDonalds for supper, I was VERY hungry---- and------I ate a wee 920 meal----more calories than I had eaten all day--
I blew my whole day----on------a Big Mac and a medium fry---and I felt sick after---
I really shudda looked up the calories online BEFORE we went---maybe I shudda had a child's burger---
I remember that terrible sick feeling ---and it serves me right--Right???
Lord love a Duck! --- It makes me wonder if I will ever get the weight off?

and how many new beginnings have I had?---
The stepper is almost at 3000 steps--- and we have rain here-
I shall try harder to-day-for sure!
